5. Changing time zones
Use PEGASI glasses as needed when you feel sleepy, tired, fatigued, have trouble concentrating, lethargic, etc. (possibility of setting up profiles in the Application)
2. Feeling sleepy during the day
Apply 1 to 2 cycles between 7:00 pm and 2:00 am the next day.
4. Working at night
It is recommended to use PEGASI glasses for 24 minutes between 19 and 21 hours for 7 days. For best results when first used, use continuously for at least seven days.
